Vices and Virtues the newest addition from Panic at the Disco - There seems to be pattern throughout this album; take very average song and add one or two really catchy parts in order to make it listenable. I suppose I am round-aboutly saying this is an fair album - 3 out of 5 Stars - I expected one or two really great songs, instead it delivers 4 okay songs and 9 songs that you're not missing out on. Start with tracks 1,3,6 & 12
